Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the

installation, configuration, and maintenance

of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and related devices. Support

troubleshooting

and resolution of system and network issues. Help in

network setup

(LAN, WAN, routers, switches, cabling, etc.) under supervision. Monitor and report

network performance

and connectivity status. Assist in maintaining

inventory records

of IT assets, equipment, and network components. Support

data backup and recovery

processes. Update and install

antivirus software and security patches

regularly. Provide

technical support

to users -- both on-site and remotely. Collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing infrastructure and maintenance projects. Participate in

IT documentation

and maintain logs of system updates and maintenance activities.

Required Candidate Profile:

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of

computer hardware components

and

network devices

(routers, switches, cables, etc.). Familiarity with

operating systems

(Windows/Linux). Knowledge of

LAN/WAN configuration

, IP addressing, and network protocols is preferred.

Skills Required:

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with basic practical knowledge in hardware and networking are preferred.

Availability:

Must be available for the full internship duration and willing to work on-site.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
