Key Responsibilities:
Network Management:
Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN, ensuring stable and uninterrupted connectivity across all systems.
Hardware Management:
Install and configure desktops, printers, and other hardware components. Provide timely hardware repairs and upgrades when necessary.
Software Installation & Support:
Install, configure, and update software applications, including antivirus programs, operating systems, and business-specific applications.
Technical Support:
Provide on-site and remote support to staff for troubleshooting hardware/software issues and resolving network-related problems.
System Monitoring:
Regularly monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation and identify potential issues before they cause major disruptions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of all installed hardware, software, network configurations, and support requests.
Security Management:
Ensure the installation and timely updates of antivirus software and security patches to protect the company's network and data.
Backup Management:
Manage and perform regular data backups to safeguard critical information.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in hardware and networking support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of LAN/WAN network configurations.
Hands-on experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Proficiency in installing and managing antivirus software.
Familiarity with Windows OS, networking tools, and system performance monitoring.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills for providing technical support.
