Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

Conduct classroom and lab sessions on PC Hardware, Operating Systems, Networking (LAN/WAN), and related technologies.

Train students on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Teach networking concepts: IP addressing, cabling, switches, routers, wireless setup, etc.

Prepare students for certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA basics if required).

Curriculum & Lab Management

Develop lesson plans, PPTs, and practical exercises.

Maintain lab equipment, ensure systems and network setups are functional.

Stay updated with latest hardware and networking technologies.

Student Development

Mentor students in hands-on projects, assignments, and case studies.

Conduct assessments, mock tests, and provide feedback.

Guide students for interviews and job readiness in the hardware/networking domain.

Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with academic head for syllabus updates.

Provide regular reports on student performance and training effectiveness.

Support in workshops, seminars, and corporate training programs if required.
