Essential Job Functions:

• Maintaining complete Inventory of Assets like (Printers, Emulators, Devbox, Consumables, spares)
• Maintaining Jira Tool to update all the asset information to track and managing the database.
• Incoming Shipments Locally and from Boise need to analyze and then update excel, create shipment ticket, add the assets, and distribute to respective teams.
• Cannon Audit will be conducted every 3 months quarterly,
• Sending mails to all the PM on every quarter to forecast the required items and to fill in the excel sheet with the product description and then consolidate then get the quotation and finalize it.
• Review and Incoming email from Active printer programs for important program information such as impacts to the schedule, the hardware and/or the firmware, that the supported PSPS teams would need to know to minimize negative impacts or improve testing ability. Then immediately relay that information to the appropriate development and test members.
• Receive approved application build release notification from BYS on which builds are approved for General Audience (GA) release.
• Upload those build releases to the MobilePrint_AppDev Sharepoint site for GA access.
• Notify QA that the builds have been uploaded so that they can send out their Readiness reports on time.

Qualifications:

• Web developer 3 to 6 yrs exp

Behavioral Skills:

• Very good communication skills
• Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from the client environment.

Qualification, Competencies and Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree/ related field with 3+ years of experience
