Who Can Apply
/ Qualifications

• A degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred, but if you have proven experience as a coordinator, wed love to hear from you!
• Teaching or tutorial center management experience is a must.
• Bonus points if you have wizard-like organizational skills (spell-casting not required, but a sense of humor is!).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Masterclass Scheduling Organize class timetables with the precision of a time-traveling wizard, ensuring students are placed in the right courses and levels.
• Attendance Enchantment Keep meticulous records of student and teacher attendance, making sure no one vanishes into thin air.
• Performance Monitoring Observe and support classes, using keen insight to help teachers bring out the best in their students.
• Parental Relations Be the go-to contact for parents, addressing concerns with empathy, clarity, and a touch of persuasive charm.
• Admissions Magic Convert inquiries into enrollments by showcasing the power of our tutorials through engaging demos.
• Teacher & Student Coordination Maintain logs, track tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow for educators and learners alike.
• Crisis Control Stay cool under pressure and adapt to changing situations with the finesse of a seasoned magician.
