We have more than 3000 products like PH meter, Conductivity meter, titrator, turbidity meter, process instruments etc.Our products are manufactured in our own faculty located in USA, Romania, and Mauritius.Our global HO is in Rhode Island, USA.Indian Head Office is in Navi Mumbai.We have great Sales/Service network all over India.Description: Inside Sales Coordinator - Customer SupportKey Responsibilities:- Support the outside sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless communication.- Prepare and provide quotations to customers based on their requirements.- Handle inquiries from customers, offering product information and assistance.- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries to ensure timely responses.- Maintain and update CRM records with sales activities and customer interactions.- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and service) to ensure smooth order processing.- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.- Provide technical support on scientific instruments like pH meters, EC meters, titrators, etc.- Keep updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers.- Support in handling customer complaints and service requests, ensuring resolution.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in science or a related field is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Good understanding of scientific instruments.
