. This offshore LNG project is one of the largest and most significant energy infrastructure initiatives in the region. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Handover Lead

to support successful system completion, turnover, and acceptance processes.

Position: Handover Lead - Offshore LNG Facility

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and risk-based evaluation

of technical issues related to system completions and CMS database. Ensure

compliance with EPC contract

and Qatar Energy LNG quality expectations. Drive

turnover and acceptance

deliverables from the EPC contractor. Act as the

subject-matter expert

for completions documentation review and turnover strategy. Conduct

technical proposal analysis

, assess deviations, and validate compliance with QELNG standards. Focus on

RFSU (Ready for Start-Up)

turnover and acceptance of permanent assets. Guide and support EPC Contractor in building and reviewing

System Completion Databases

including system boundary diagrams, cable schedules, and carry-over work information. Ensure

consistency and accuracy

of check sheets, punch lists, exceptions, and readiness reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree

in Engineering or Sciences. Minimum

8 years of experience

in construction-related disciplines in the Oil & Gas Industry. At least

1 year of experience

in a supervisory or leadership role. Advanced knowledge of

turnover and acceptance systems

and

completions software

. Expertise in building

completions databases

and developing

commissioning documentation

. Familiarity with

design standards

, safety codes, and offshore facility execution. Experience with

sour gas and LNG production

projects. Prior work experience in

large-scale Oil & Gas operations

, EPC projects, or yard/fabrication environments.
