Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce and curate original, engaging multimedia content (posts, graphics, videos) for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Community Management: Monitor accounts, respond to followers, manage discussions, and handle customer service inquiries.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and launch social media campaigns, contests, and paid advertising.
• Performance Analysis: Track metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) using analytics tools and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to maintain brand voice and achieve marketing goals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media tools, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
