We're seeking a creative and skilled Handicraft Teacher to run the academy classes after school. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various handicrafts, such as knitting, sewing, embroidery, pottery, or other traditional crafts. You'll teach students to develop their fine motor skills, creativity, and patience through hands-on activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging handicraft lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels.
2. Teach various handicraft techniques, such as knitting, sewing, embroidery, or pottery.
3. Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop their fine motor skills.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate handicrafts with other subjects.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Fine Arts, Craft Education, or related field.
2. Experience teaching handicrafts to students of varying ages.
3. Strong knowledge of various handicraft techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience and ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?600.00 - ?800.00 per hour
