Essential Job Functions:

• Solution Design & Documentation

• Lead the requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders from Architecture, Procurement, ServiceNow, OSS Cluster Leads, OEM and business teams.
• Develop detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs) covering asset lifecycle workflows, data models, integrations, and automation requirements for: Servers, Network Devices, Mobile Devices, Display Devices, IP Phones
• Translate business and technical requirements into HAM design specifications aligned with industry best practices.
• Enhancement of Phase 1 (Desktops & Laptops)

• Enable and optimize integration with SAP for financial and procurement data alignment.
• Integrate with OEM portals to support catalog management, asset onboarding, and real-time asset tracking. Should posses API integration knowledge.
• Streamline hardware ordering and delivery processes by working closely with OEMs and procurement teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Collaborate with:
• Enterprise Architecture for compliance with IT standards and frameworks.
• Device Management & Operations for real-world asset lifecycle alignment.
• Procurement for catalog, ordering, and delivery alignment.
• OEM Partners for catalog publishing and delivery automation.
• Change Management & Incident Management teams to design interfaces between HAM and operational ITSM modules.
• IGA Teams to understand and capture Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for potential integration with HAM.
• Technical Design & Best Practices

• Design interface mechanisms between HAM and Change/Incident modules in ServiceNow
• Define and implement automations, triggers, and workflow improvements across asset onboarding, movement, and retirement processes.
• Over see Dev UAT and movement to production
• Recommend and embed HAM best practices into solution design, focusing on scalability, automation, and audit readiness.
• Governance & Reporting

• Ensure asset management design complies with audit, security, and operational policies.
• Define data quality checks and support reporting/visualization requirements for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Exp: 7 to 10 Years
