Key Responsibilities
Prepare a wide range of sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Barfi, Ladoo, Jalebi, Rabri, etc.
Maintain authentic taste, quality, and consistency of sweets
Measure ingredients accurately and follow traditional cooking methods
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
Supervise helpers and guide them in preparation work
Manage daily production based on demand
Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished sweets
Follow safety and food quality standards
