Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Barfi, Ladoo, Jalebi, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all items
Keep track of ingredient inventory and inform the management for timely procurement
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Train and supervise helper staff if required
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Halwai or sweet maker
In-depth knowledge of Indian sweets and traditional recipes
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours during preparation
Commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene standards
