Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing Indian sweets, mithai, and traditional snacks under senior supervision.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and bulk production.
Assist in inventory management
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Halwai Chef or in Indian sweet preparation.
Better if the candidate is from Whitefield location
Knowledge of common Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Ladoo, Barfi, etc.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced kitchen environment
.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible with shifts and working hours.
