We are looking for an experienced Halwai for manufacturing Indian mithais in a modern food processing plant.
The role involves large-scale production, understanding traditional recipes, and working with automated food machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and supervise production of rasgulla, gulab jamun, kheer, and other milk-based mithais
Ensure correct sugar syrup consistency, milk handling, cooking time, and temperature
Follow standard recipes and batch processes for uniform taste and texture
Operate and monitor kettles, mixers, boilers, cookers, and filling machines
Work comfortably with semi-automatic and automatic machinery
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Ensure quality consistency in every batch
Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency
Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams
Guide and train helpers and junior staff
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10+ years experience in making rasgulla, gulab jamun, kheer
Strong knowledge of milk processing and sugar syrup cooking
Experience in factory or large-scale food production
Understanding of automated food processing machines
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
Ability to follow SOPs and process instructions
Physically fit for factory work
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in packaged or shelf-stable Indian sweets (preferred)
Experience in FSSAI-approved food plants
Basic troubleshooting skills for production issues
