Experience: Must have 1+ years to 4+ years or more and Previous job background should as engineering plastics and processing

Note: The candidate must be from a Plastic Injection Molding Component Manufacturing in Haitan Machine. Immediate joiners preffered.

Job Responsiblities:

Achieve Production Objectives of the Company Achieving Production plan within budgeted norms and adherence to process. Achieve Zero defect - Reduction of rejections (in house / COPQ) Enhance Machine Performance. (Preventive and Breakdown maintenance). Training to personnel for improving Functional / Soft skills. Production MIS Process parameter setting and parameter sheet making, new mold trial, material requisition as per plan, rejection control trouble shooting, plan m/c for preventivewith maintenance team as per planning HOURLY PRODUCTION report Material processed ABS, PP, HDPE, LDPE, PC, PC-ABS, NYLON, NYLON GF 10%-40%, LURAN, ?????, NORYL, PMMA Mold loading and unloading report with necessary problem and modification. Increase m/c Overall efficiency controlling down time with SMED application formold change Disposition of non-confirming material from shop floor and control it by givingtraining to operator for product defect identification, m/c operation and safety features & precaution. Work as per QMS SYSTEM Oversee rejection problems in assembly & painting with QUALITY CIRCLE group and suggest and implement corrective action for molding problems.
