Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Hair Patch Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in non-surgical hair replacement, patch application, and styling for both men and women. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and exceptional customer service to help clients regain confidence through personalized hair restoration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their

hair loss concerns

and recommend appropriate

hair patching or replacement solutions

.

Apply, cut, style, and maintain

both synthetic and natural hair patches. Perform

regular servicing, cleaning, and re-fixing

of existing hair patches. Blend and style patches seamlessly to ensure a

natural and aesthetic look

. Educate clients on proper

hair patch care, maintenance, and product usage

. Maintain

hygiene and sanitation

standards -- sterilize tools and ensure a clean workspace. Keep

accurate client records

, including preferences, patch types, and service history. Stay updated with

industry trends and new techniques

in hair restoration and styling. Upsell suitable

hair care products and maintenance packages

based on client needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Hairdresser

or

Hair Technician

, ideally with specialization in

hair patching or non-surgical hair restoration

. Strong knowledge of

different patch types

-- lace, silicone, mono, skin base, etc. Skilled in

cutting, blending, and styling

hair patches naturally. Excellent

customer service and communication skills

. Basic understanding of

scalp health and hair care

. Certification or professional

training in hair dressing or hair patching

is preferred. Good

hand-eye coordination

and

attention to detail

. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience

in a salon or clinic specializing in hair replacement.

Cosmetology or Hairdressing certification

from a recognized institution. Experience working with

both male and female clients

.

Work Environment:

Based in a

salon or clinical setting

. Requires

standing for extended periods

during client service. Regular use of

tools and equipment

such as scissors, trimmers, adhesives, and blow dryers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
