Role - Hair Stylist / Hairdresser

Job Location - Dubai, UAE

Hiring lead Salon for high-end hair transformations in Sharjah. Our salon is a certified partner of L'Oreal Professional & Schwarzkopf, offering cutting-edge techniques in:


Bridal hair design


Global colouring trends (balayage, baby lights, vivids)


Medical-grade treatments (keratin, Botox, scalp therapies)

Core Responsibilities

1. Precision Hair Services


Cutting: Master all techniques (bobs, layers, razor cuts, gender-neutral styles)
Coloring: Expert in foiling, root smudging, colour correction
Treatments: Perform L'Oreal Absolut Repair, Schwarzkopf Fiber Force therapies
Styling: Bridal updos, blowouts, extensions (tape-in/keratin bonds)

2. Client Experience Leadership


Conduct in-depth consultations (analyse scalp health, lifestyle needs)
Develop personalized hair plans
Train junior stylists on brand protocols (L'Oreal Power Light, etc.)

Technical Requirements


Must-Have Skills:


5+ years with L'Oreal/Schwarzkopf in UAE


Portfolio showcasing:


3+ color correction cases


Bridal hair designs


Certifications (Preferred): ₹ L'Oreal Colour Specialist
Schwarzkopf Master Stylist
Olaplex Certified
