Roles and Responsibilities :

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a salon,

Managing staff,

Scheduling appointments,

Maintaining inventory, and Billing

Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Setting and meeting sales targets for services and products, and motivating staff to achieve sales goals.

Also play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.
