Role Overview

As a Hair Transplant Technician, you will assist the surgical team during

FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures

, ensuring proper graft handling, patient comfort, and smooth surgical workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during

FUE/FUT hair transplant surgeries

. Perform

graft extraction assistance, graft trimming, and graft placement

under supervision. Handle delicate

follicular units

with precision and care. Ensure

sterile field maintenance, preparation of instruments, and operation room setup

. Monitor patient comfort and assist with post-operative care as required. Maintain accurate documentation of surgical materials and graft counts. Follow strict

infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols

.

Requirements

Prior experience as a

Hair Transplant Technician

(preferred) or as an

OT Technician/Paramedical Staff

with willingness to train. Steady hand, good eyesight, and ability to work on

microscopic procedures

. Knowledge of

surgical instrument handling and sterilization protocols

. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to undergo additional training in

hair restoration techniques

if required. Certification or training in

Hair Transplant Techniques (FUE/FUT)

. Ability to work in a high-precision, patient-focused environment.
