Thorough knowledge about hair transplant and hair treatments Ideally experience with graft handling/placement Experience in a clinical setting/nursing experience is desirable Perform Transplant procedures and Follow-ups You should be eligible to implant 2500-3000 grafts in a day. Must be familiar with various types of consumables and instruments being used in surgical OT Consultation of clients for hair transplants and other hair treatments the company might introduce in collaboration with the sales team. Analyzing patient s medical history, medication allergies, physical condition, and examination results to verify the operation s necessity and to determine the best procedure. Explaining the client the entire flow of events right from extraction to slitting to hair implantation. Performing Hair Transplantation, Hair Transplant Procedure(FUE/Sapphire) Double forceps implantation. Prepare OTs for surgeries (fumigation, autoclave etc.) Provide assistance during surgeries & procedures as per company norms. Speed at work will be key Ability to handle different types of patients. Physical presence during surgeries is a must. If a surgery gets extended beyond working hours, you will have to wait till surgery is over. Knowledge of Anesthesia will be added advantage. Should be able to work under stress conditions. Good knowledge of handling medical terminologies. Sound knowledge of medical terminologies. Excellent theoretical & practical knowledge. Person Who has experience in doing Hair Transplant Surgeries. Must have experience in doing surgery by FUE Method & Shappire Method. Must be an expert in Extraction & Implantation.
