Job Description

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the hair, cosmetic industry (preferably in hair transplant).

Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.

Confident in handling patient inquiries and explaining hair treatment procedures and packages.

Proactive in following up with leads and updating details properly in CRM.

Maintains professionalism and empathy while speaking with clients.

Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.

Capable of converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.

Coordinates with the consultation and telecalling teams for appointment confirmations.

Ensures follow-ups are done as per schedule and reminders are set.

Strong computer knowledge and experience with tools of CRMs.

Sales-driven and target-oriented individual with a focus on lead conversion.

Disciplined, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,336.30 - ₹50,299.49 per month
