As a Hair Trainer at Orane International Hyderabad, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive hair training programs to our students. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our students receive top-notch education and practical experience. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Instruction:

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments. Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans that meet the standards of Orane International Hyderabad. Provide personalized attention and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.

Student Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess students' progress through written and practical examinations. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Curriculum Development:

Assist in the development and updating of training materials and curriculum. Incorporate new techniques, trends, and technologies into the training program.

Classroom Management:

Ensure a positive and conducive learning environment. Manage classroom dynamics and address any student concerns promptly and professionally.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with industry trends, products, and techniques. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Equipment and Inventory Management:

Maintain and manage training equipment and supplies. Ensure all tools and products are used correctly and safely.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote and enforce sanitary practices for students, trainers, and the training environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Hair Trainer or Hair Stylist. Certification or diploma in Hairdressing from a recognized institution. In-depth knowledge of hair techniques, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Patience and excellent organizational skills. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuous learning.
