Lakme Academy Powered by Aptech is an academy that teaches Beauty courses that includes Hair, Skin, Makeup an Nails. We are looking for an experienced faculty/trainers for the academy. The Trainers are required to teach the students on various latest Hair techniques, using theory and practical sessions according to the syllabus specified by Aptech and Lakme Academy.
Skills:
10+2/Graduate should preferably if have experience as a trainer. Good communication skills and command over English and local language is a pre-requisite. Overall experience of 1-3 years in the salon industry with a good knowledge of hair category will be preferable. Any National/international certification such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC or any other would be an added advantage.
Teaching skills:
You will teach students practical skills related to hair category, various products, equipment and tools used in the treatments. You will assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Guidance and support:
You will provide guidance and support to students, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. You will also provide career advice and help students prepare for job interviews.
Collaborating with colleagues:
You will work collaboratively with other faculty members, administrative staff, and industry professionals to provide a high-quality learning experience for students.
