We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled
Hair Trainer
to join our International Beauty Academy. If you have strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional hair training sessions (theory & practical)
Teach haircutting, hair coloring, chemical treatments & styling
Prepare lesson plans & maintain high-quality training standards
Guide students on practical skills, hygiene & salon readiness
Stay updated with latest hair trends, tools & techniques
Maintain discipline, assessment sheets & student progress records
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience as Hair Trainer in a reputed academy/salon brand
Strong expertise in advanced cutting, coloring & chemical services
Excellent communication & classroom handling skills
Certification in Hair Artistry preferred
Passion for training and student development
Best in Industry (Based on Experience)
Work Days:
Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Hsr Layout, Bangalore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
