Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for aspiring hair stylists, covering a range of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques. Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and guides to facilitate effective learning. Demonstrate the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the field of hair styling. Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, offering constructive feedback and support to nurture their skills. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure training content remains up-to-date and relevant to industry trends. Organize and participate in assessment activities, including practical exams and evaluations of student performance. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and professionalism. Stay updated on emerging trends, products, and technologies in the hair styling industry to enhance training content. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new instructors if required. Uphold and promote safety and hygiene standards in the training environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a skilled and successful hair stylist with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience. Recognized certification or diploma in hair styling from an accredited institution. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and helping students succeed. Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and instructional techniques. Familiarity with the latest trends, products, and tools in the hair styling industry. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
