Deliver practical and theoretical training in: Hair Cutting (Basic to Advanced) Hair Styling (Bridal, Party, Editorial) Hair Coloring (Global, Highlights, Balayage, Creative Colors) Chemical Services (Smoothening, Straightening, Perming, Keratin) Hair Care, Scalp Treatments & Product Knowledge Follow Lakme Academy curriculum and training guidelines Demonstrate latest industry trends and techniques Conduct regular assessments, practical exams, and student evaluations Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional discipline in classrooms Guide students on career opportunities, salon readiness & portfolio creation Maintain student attendance, performance records, and batch documentation Support student upskilling, refresher sessions, and skill upgrades Assist in workshops, masterclasses, and demo sessions Coordinate with Center Head for batch planning and student progress Support academy marketing activities such as open houses and seminars (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications

Certified Hair Professional / Diploma in Hair Designing Minimum

2-6 years of salon or training experience

Strong knowledge of hair services and chemical processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Ability to manage classrooms and diverse learner groups Well-groomed, professional personality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
