Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical training sessions for students on hair care, hair cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, hair styling, and hair spa. Deliver training as per Lakme Academy curriculum and maintain high quality standards in classroom and salon practice. Prepare students for internal assessments, practical evaluations, and industry exposure. Stay updated with latest hair techniques, products, and trends to incorporate into training sessions. Ensure discipline, grooming, and professional behavior among students. Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and student activities. Provide personalized guidance to students to improve their practical skills. Maintain training records, student progress reports, and feedback sheets. Collaborate with Center Head and other trainers to enhance student learning experience.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing/Professional Hair Styling from a reputed institute. Minimum 3-5 years of professional/teaching experience in hair industry. Strong knowledge of hair science, treatments, tools, and professional salon practices. Good communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
