Key Responsibilities:
Perform hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, highlights, and hair treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide professional recommendations.
Maintain salon hygiene standards and ensure tools/equipment are sanitized.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Build strong client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Work collaboratively with the salon team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Knowledge of hair coloring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques.
Ability to work with all hair types.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Certificate or diploma in hair styling (preferred but not mandatory).
