Key Responsibilities::

Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients according to their preferences and current trends. Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend treatments that align with their hair type and lifestyle. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer a diverse range of services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a premium client experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Utilize high-quality products and tools to achieve optimal results. Collaborate with other beauty experts to create a seamless service experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a luxury or high-end salon environment. Exceptional skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling. Strong knowledge of current hair trends, treatments, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Relevant qualifications or certifications in Hairdressing. Must be willing to work in a remote area as required by the company. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required by the luxury property.
