Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform hair colouring, washing, cutting, and blow-drying services
Handle hair products carefully and maintain basic product knowledge
Engage with customers, assist in sales, and demonstrate product use (extensions, wigs, accessories)
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and attractive store displays
Upsell and cross-sell hair services and retail products to meet sales goals
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year experience as hair stylist
Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
Skills
Good communicationn & customer- handling skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to persuade and upsell products
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
