Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Haircuts for Wigs, Extensions, and Natural Hair (if required):

Perform clean and precise haircuts tailored specifically for wigs and hair extensions. Provide basic trims or cuts for natural hair when required, maintaining a professional and neat appearance.

Hair Washing Services:

Deliver proper hair washing services for both natural and synthetic hair, including wigs and extensions, using appropriate techniques and products to ensure cleanliness and preparation for styling.

Blow-Dry Styling:

Execute blow-dry styling to enhance the look of wigs, extensions, and natural hair, adhering to individual client preferences and hair types.

Hair Care and Maintenance Consultation:

Offer expert advice to customers on the maintenance of wigs, extensions, and natural hair. Educate clients on care routines, styling tips, and long-term hair health practices.

Product Consultation (if required):

Guide clients in selecting the right hair care products based on their specific hair needs and usage. Recommend shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, Products and accessories offered by Nish Hair.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of Hair Products & Techniques:

Strong understanding of hair textures (human, synthetic, processed) and the ability to recommend and use suitable care techniques and products.

Sales and Product Promotion Skills:

Ability to identify customer needs and promote appropriate products and services, contributing to upselling and enhancing client satisfaction.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Friendly and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to consult clearly and confidently. Strong listening skills to understand and meet customer expectations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
