Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, up-to-date knowledge of hair trends, and the ability to recommend suitable hairstyles and products based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle needs and preferences Cut, trim, color, highlight, and style hair according to client requests Perform hair treatments such as smoothing, conditioning, and scalp care Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and salon area Recommend hair care products and services to clients Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Follow salon policies and safety standards

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role Certification or diploma in hair styling (preferred) Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a salon or spa environment Knowledge of hair care products and tools Ability to build and retain a loyal client base
