Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in unisex haircuts (men's and women's), coloring, styling, and treatments while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional

unisex hair cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatment services

. Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and suggest suitable styles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hair trends, products, and techniques. Recommend home-care products and upsell salon services where appropriate. Ensure workstation and tools are sanitized, clean, and organized at all times. Maintain a professional attitude and build lasting client relationships. Adhere to salon health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a hairstylist/hairdresser. Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or Hair Styling (preferred). Strong knowledge of

both men's and women's haircutting techniques

. Expertise in coloring, styling, and latest hair trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
