Job Summary

We are looking for a

polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist

who will be the

first point of contact

for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-desk operations smoothly in a premium salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Handling

Greet clients warmly and ensure a premium welcome experience Manage walk-ins, appointments, and waiting lists Guide clients to the right stylist/consultant based on their service requirement Handle client queries politely in person, on call, and via WhatsApp

Appointment & Schedule Management

Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments Coordinate with stylists and consultants to avoid overlaps or delays Inform clients about waiting time when required

Billing & Payments

Generate bills using salon software/POS Collect payments via cash, card, UPI, or online modes Maintain daily cash and payment records

CRM & Records

Update client details in CRM or register Maintain follow-up records and consultation notes Assist in reminder calls/messages for upcoming appointments

Salon Coordination

Coordinate between clients, stylists, consultants, and management Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation Ensure smooth client flow during peak hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

1-3 years of experience

as a receptionist (salon/clinic/hotel preferred) Excellent

spoken English

(regional language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, Excel) Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality Ability to handle pressure and multiple clients calmly
