Job Role:
Hair Faculty / Hair Trainer
Responsibilities:
Train students in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and advanced hair techniques
Demonstrate professional salon practices and latest industry trends
Guide students with hands-on practical sessions
Maintain training standards and hygiene protocols
Support students in skill development and career guidance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist / Hair Trainer
Strong knowledge of haircutting, hair coloring, treatments, and styling
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Passion for mentoring and grooming future professionals
Certification in hair or cosmetology preferred
Location:
IBL Beauty Academy, Bhubaneswar
Salary:
Best in industry (as per experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
