Job Description

Job Title: Hair Dye Production Supervisor (with QC)

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily hair dye production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

- Oversee QC activities, including in-process checks and finished product testing.

- Troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage production team, providing training and guidance as needed.

- Coordinate with R&D, maintenance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in hair dye or colorant production, with QC responsibilities.

- Strong knowledge of hair dye manufacturing processes, and quality control principles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with batch production, and color matching.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as EU Cosmetics Regulation or Indian Cosmetics Rules.

- Proficiency in production planning, and inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,196.08 per month
