Product range Role Responsibilities: - Welcoming customers and identify their preferences. - Timely confirmations & work reports to be given to Reporting manager. - Retaining customers by maintaining customer loyalty & remembering their preferences. - Maintaining personal hygiene & keeping work station (Salon) tidy. - Building our/ your client base and converting business from new client to requests and making sure clients are aware of all other services available in the salon. - Build your retail totals. - Assisting the BBLUNT team in and out of the salon, on shoots, seminars, academy, shows, whenever required. - Be available to help at reception when needed. - Assist seniors in stock control/ stock management. Experience: 3-6+ yrs
