We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and highly organized
Receptionist
to join our Hair and Skin Clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience, managing front desk operations, and supporting the clinic's day-to-day functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails; respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and products.
Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic's booking system.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
Manage client check-in/check-out process, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
Coordinate with dermatologists, hair specialists, aestheticians, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Promote and upsell clinic services and products where appropriate.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Handle client feedback, concerns, or complaints calmly and professionally.
Track inventory of brochures, business cards, and front-desk supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, reporting).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a clinic, salon, or spa is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and experience with booking software (e.g., Fresha, MindBody, or similar).
Fluent in [local language] and English (spoken and written).
