Job Title: Hadoop Admin
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: - - Gurgaon
JD-

• Implementation and support of Hortonworks / Cloudera Hadoop environment.
• Involves designing, installation, Capacity management, cluster set up, performance fine-tuning, monitoring, structure planning, scaling and administration.
• HA Configuration for NameNode and other cluster components.
• Cluster performance debugging.
• HDFS support and maintenance.
• Manage and analyze Hadoop log files.
• Coordination skills to work closely with infrastructure, network, database and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed on service levels.
• Troubleshooting skills for Hadoop ecosystem - MapReduce, YARN, Tez, Oozie, Hive, HBase, Spark etc.
• Languages - Shell scripting, Python.
• Basic understanding of network (VLANs, IP, ACLs,)
• Monitor Hadoop cluster connectivity and performance.
• Setup, and configure security for Hadoop clusters using Kerberos.
• Good understanding of installing, administering & supporting of Linux Operating System.
