Job Description

We are immediately looking for an H R MANAGER with relevant experience in Manufacturing industry to oversee End to End HR operations along with State Labour laws, Regulations and Compliances in our company. The HR manager will responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee benefits programs, maintaining employees' records, and managing employee relations, Payrolls and other related roles. Additionally, the HR Manager is responsible for hiring and training new employees, managing employee performance evaluations, and developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention, The Joining HR Manager will collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and operations, Manufacturing Plant etc., to ensure the smooth flow of human resources activities. Candidate should have effective communication skills, with Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Qualification & Education

: Any Graduate with Post Graduate in HR Management having 10 - 20 years or relevant End to End HR relevant experience in Manufacturing industry

Job Duties and Responsibilities



Recruiting and hiring employees for various job positions in the manufacturing industry Developing and implementing policies and procedures for employee management and training Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to avoid potential penalties and lawsuits Managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talented workers Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts between workers and management Addressing and resolving employee grievances and complaints on an individual basis Coordinating performance appraisal and management systems to evaluate employee performance Organizing and conducting employee training and development programs to improve skills and productivity Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on HR-related data, such as employee turnover and absenteeism.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,600,000.00 per year
