The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations (preferably in retail/textile sector).
Good knowledge of MS Office, HR software, and attendance systems.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance through biometric or manual records.
Maintain leave records and ensure timely updates.
Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
Share attendance and leave data with the accounts/payroll team.
Help in verifying salary components and deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Address employee queries related to salary, leaves, and payslips.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date employee files and personal records.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in audits and inspections related to HR records.
Support in organizing staff activities, events, and welfare programs.
Act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
Handle grievances with empathy and escalate when necessary.
Coordinate resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Ensure clearance procedures and documentation are completed.
