Key Responsibilities:
? Manage OPD and IPD cases efficiently based on clinical expertise.
? Perform OPD/IPD procedures aligned with specialty skills and competency
. ? Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and order diagnostic tests for accurate diagnosis.
? Develop appropriate treatment plans for both simple and complex medical cases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams when required.
? Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications:
MBBS degree with specialization (MD/MS/DGO) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Valid medical license to practice in Haryana.
0 to 3 years' experience in gynaecology
Proven surgical and diagnostic skills in gynaecological procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
