Perform comprehensive gynecological examinations and provide evidence-based diagnosis and treatment plans.
Conduct and manage normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections with high clinical accuracy and patient safety.
Carry out advanced minimally invasive and open surgical procedures including D&C, LEEP, myomectomy, hysterectomy, oophorectomy, tubal ligation, and pelvic floor repair.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, colposcopy, and Pap smear screening.
Manage benign and malignant gynecological conditions, including fibroid and ovarian cyst surgery.
Provide specialized care in infertility management, including coordination with IVF protocols and reproductive endocrinology.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other specialists to deliver integrated care for pregnant and non-pregnant women.
Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, preventive screenings, and post-operative care.
Participate in on-call rotations and emergency gynecological interventions as required.
Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DGO/DNB).
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
Proficiency in performing a wide range of gynecological procedures including D&C, LEEP, hysterectomy, myomectomy, oophorectomy, tubal ligation, pelvic floor repair, and laparoscopy.
Hands-on experience in hysteroscopy, fibroid and cyst surgery, and infertility management (IVF).
Competency in normal vaginal delivery and cesarean section delivery techniques.
Strong understanding of colposcopy, Pap smear interpretation, and cervical cancer screening protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
