*Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Gynecologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive women's health services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecological conditions across the reproductive lifespan. The ideal candidate will provide expert care in routine and complex cases, from wellness screenings to advanced surgical interventions. Responsibilities include managing normal deliveries and cesarean sections, performing minimally invasive procedures like Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy, and supporting infertility programs through IVF coordination. With a patient-centered approach, the Gynecologist will contribute to improved maternal and reproductive health outcomes while maintaining clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct thorough gynecological assessments and patient consultations.
- Perform routine and advanced procedures: D&C, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair.
- Manage normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections with emphasis on maternal and neonatal safety.
- Carry out minimally invasive surgeries for fibroids, cysts, and endometriosis.
- Diagnose and treat benign and malignant gynecological disorders.
- Lead infertility evaluations and coordinate IVF protocols.
- Conduct preventive screenings: Pap Smears and Colposcopy.
- Maintain accurate, compliant patient records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Stay updated on evolving clinical guidelines and innovations in gynecology.
*Requirements*
- MBBS with MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized institution.
- Valid MCI/State Medical Council registration.
- Proven experience in gynecological surgeries and delivery management.
- Expertise in Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, and infertility care.
- Proficiency in Pap Smears and Colposcopy interpretation.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as needed.
