Guest Safety and Supervision:Monitor guests to ensure they are following rules and safety protocols while using the trampolines and other park attractions. Instruction and Guidance:Provide clear instructions and demonstrations on how to use the equipment and perform jumps or other moves safely. Customer Service:Create a welcoming and positive experience for guests, handling concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Enforcing Rules:Ensure all park rules are followed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Maintaining Equipment:Assist with daily checks and maintenance of the trampoline areas to ensure they are in good working order. Promotions and Events:Help with the execution of special events, promotions, and activities to boost guest engagement.

Your Role:o Monitor guest activity in the trampoline arena Ensure safety instructions are followed Lead games and interactive experiences Collect guest feedback and create a lively environmentIdeal Profile Energetic and active with a love for sports, dance, or fitness Good communication skills and guest engagement ability Experience in sports/fitness roles is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages. Maintain and update records, files, and databases. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory. Support HR and management with day-to-day administrative tasks. Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass-outs or equivalent. Freshers can join. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Presentable and professional appearance.
