Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching gymnastics techniques, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants. The Gymnastics Coach will play a crucial role in developing athletes' skills while fostering their love for the sport.

Responsibilities

Instruct students in gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, vaulting, and floor exercises. Develop individualized training plans to meet the needs of each student. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining equipment. Organize and lead warm-up exercises and conditioning routines. Collaborate with other coaches to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various physical activities. Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Communicate effectively with students and their parents regarding progress, goals, and any concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is preferred. Background in gymnastics or related disciplines such as cheerleading, martial arts (Karate, Judo), or climbing is highly desirable. Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting. Strong behavior management skills to maintain discipline and focus during training sessions. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote physical education and fitness. Lifeguard certification is a plus for ensuring safety during water-related activities if applicable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members. A passion for promoting health and fitness through gymnastics. Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
