Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate

Gymnastics Coach

to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The coach will be responsible for training students in gymnastics, ensuring their safety, improving their skills, and promoting physical fitness in alignment with CBSE norms and the school's vision of holistic education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular gymnastics training sessions for students of various age groups (primary to senior levels). Design and implement age-appropriate gymnastics programs and lesson plans. Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level gymnastics competitions. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during training and practice sessions. Maintain gymnastics equipment and ensure a safe training environment. Collaborate with the Physical Education Department for annual sports day and other events. Maintain records of student attendance, achievements, and participation. Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students. Adhere to CBSE guidelines and school policies regarding physical education and student development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Gymnastics Coaching from a recognized institution. Minimum 2-3 years of experience coaching gymnastics, preferably in a school setting. Certification from recognized sports authority bodies (e.g., SAI, NS NIS) is a plus. Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and physical fitness training. Ability to work with children and adolescents in a school environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sports and student development.

Preferred:

Experience in coaching CBSE school students or preparing them for CBSE sports events. First Aid/CPR Certification. Ability to manage multiple age groups and skill levels.

Pay: ₹15,505.44 - ₹45,815.54 per month
