About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Gymnastics Coach

to join our children's activity center in BTM Layout, Bangalore. This role involves teaching beginner-level gymnastics to children aged 1.5 to 12 years in a fun, engaging, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct beginner-level gymnastics classes for young children Create a structured yet enjoyable learning experience Ensure children's safety and proper form during activities Manage class flow and engage with children positively Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress Assist with warm-up, stretching, and age-appropriate gymnastic drills

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gymnastics (coaching experience preferred) Comfortable working with children aged 1.5 to 12 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, patient, and reliable Female candidates preferred, but male candidates with relevant experience will also be considered

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

Experience in coaching or mentoring kids Background in physical education, sports like Gymnastics, or early childhood development Certification in gymnastics or child safety is a plus

Salary:

Competitive - based on experience
