We are seeking a dedicated Gym Trainer to guide members through customized fitness programs, ensure correct techniques and safety, and help maintain a positive and results-driven training environment. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on individual goals and abilities
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct form when necessary
Guide clients through strength training, cardio, flexibility, crossfit and functional workouts
Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the gym environment
Provide motivation, encouragement, and accountability to members
Stay updated on fitness trends and industry best practices
Support in group classes, workshops, or fitness events when required
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Certified Fitness Trainer (CPT CGT or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor (1+ year preferred)
Strong understanding of human anatomy, training techniques, and nutrition basics
Ability to create engaging workout plans for diverse needs (weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness)
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of gym equipment and maintenance
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
