WTF Gyms is looking for passionate and certified and non certified Gym Trainers to join our growing fitness community in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members through safe and effective workouts, delivering personal training sessions, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals while maintaining WTF Gyms' high standards of service and energy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and understand member goals
Design customized workout and training programs
Guide members on correct exercise techniques and equipment usage
Deliver personal training and group training sessions
Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed on the gym floor
Motivate, encourage, and build strong relationships with members
Track client progress and provide regular feedback
Promote fitness programs, personal training packages, and gym initiatives
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and training techniques
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior experience as a gym trainer or fitness coach (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
Good knowledge of strength training, functional training, and cardio workouts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings/evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills
Experience in personal training or transformation coaching
Knowledge of basic nutrition and lifestyle coaching
Group class experience (HIIT, functional training, circuit training, etc.)
Sales or upselling experience for PT packages (a plus)
